Individual Therapy
It offers a safe place to talk through life challenges and to learn how to make healthier choices by developing coping strategies to manage distress. Various therapies are used depending on the person’s needs.
Workshops
Invest in your self-development and learn strategies to empower yourself to live a rich and meaningful life. The workshops are educational, practical, engaging and above all fun!

Retreat Days
